Want to be a Comissioned Officer? (jr. capt+ is
comissioned officer. Lt. is nCo.)
Here are the steps:
- Become a lieutenant before starting this. A friend of yours, preferably a captain or higher, you must
come to a leader (preferably me, but any leader works) to apply for a promotion.
- When your application for a promotion gets to ME, i will start polling the general clan members to
start accumulating points for you.
- When you reach the necessary points for the promotion, you will be put up on the promotion board,
where at least 2 generals and 1 leader will have a short discussion with you on an unspecified clan chat, to make sure you
are eligible. You might be put through the "pookeyluke test". Lol you'll know when you experience
it.
- After this discussion, you will be booted from the chat, and you should return to the dbjs100 clan
chat. When we all return, we will inform you of our decision.
RANK REQUIREMENTS
Attendance is how often you join clan chat compared to how often you are on. All Generals must be
approved by 3 leaders. Captains by 2, and Lieutenants by 1.
Here are the requirements for each rank.
General ~ 70 Combat, 95% attendance, 75 points!
Captain ~ 60 Combat, 85% attendance, 50 points!
Lieutenant ~ 50 Combat, 60% attendance, 35 points!
Point Giving System*
Generals ~ 10 points plus your Star Ranking.
Captains ~ 7 points + 2 for senior Captain.
Lieutenants ~ 5 points
Sergeants ~ 2 points
Corporals ~ 1 point

these promotions will be actively investigated for 1 week, then will be placed on the back
burner for a while. If you still need votes, get who ever hasn't voted for you and wants to to contact me. NO MASS CAMPAIGNING.
For pures under combat requirement ~ The stat you 'pure' in must be 5 lvls higher than
the required combat for you to be considered for promotion. For instance, if you are a mage pure, it is pretty hard to get
cb's, so if you have 50 mage, you can join. Exceptions are made for certain people that are multi-skilled. Exceptions are
made on a case by case basis.
WARNING TO ALL LIEUTENANTS!!!
The jump from Lieutenant from captain is the biggest one
you will go through. Captains have bigger obligations to the clan. This jump will take quite a long time to achieve, don't
get impatient!

Leader ~ One of the 4 founding members
General ~~ Long time Clan Member.
Always joins cc + participates
Captain ~~ Avid Clan Member, a notable person
Luitenant ~~ Participates regularly ~ Pleasant person, active in cc
Sergeant ~~ Participates regularly
Corporal ~~ New, but has participated a little.
Recruit ~~ New to clan, hasn't participated much.
I've lost count! LOL. there are more members than those listed. members are added weekly.
Ranks are getting very daunting to update, So once u become a Comissioned Officer, your
rank will be posted.
If you recieve a promotion to Captain, and I neglect to put it on the site, comment in
the "new member box" about rank.
